Caffeine Co., Ltd. ("we", or "us") operates the platform at https://cafn.co ("Platform" or "cafn.co"), a coffee marketplace connecting buyers with sellers. By accessing or using Platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use Platform.
To use certain features of our platform such as making a purchase or leaving a review you may need to create an account. By creating or using an account, you agree to:
Eligibility and Information: You are at least 18 years old (or have permission from a parent/guardian) and will provide truthful, up-to-date information about yourself.
Account Security: You are responsible for your account credentials (including your password) and for all activities that occur under your account. Keep your password confidential and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
Proper Use: You will use Platform only for lawful purposes and in a respectful manner. You must not misuse the site (e.g., no hacking, spamming, or infringing on others’ rights).
If you violate any of these terms, we may suspend or terminate your account.
By creating an account or placing an order, you consent to receive promotional and transactional emails from us, including newsletters, special offers, and updates regarding your orders. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any email or by contacting our support team. Please note that even if you opt out of marketing communications, we may still send you important transactional messages (e.g., order confirmations and shipping notifications).
Your use of Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain how we collect, use, and disclose your personal data (including via cookies) in compliance with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
cafn.co is a marketplace that connects buyers with independent third-party sellers. When you purchase a product, you are buying directly from the seller not from us. We only provide platform to facilitate the transaction.
When you place an order, you agree to pay the listed price and any applicable fees (such as shipping or taxes) shown at checkout. The seller is responsible for fulfilling and shipping your order. If an item becomes unavailable or if a pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Product descriptions, images, and prices are provided by the sellers. We strive to keep this information accurate but cannot guarantee it is error-free or complete. If you receive a product that does not match its description or is defective, please contact the seller or our customer support team for assistance.
All prices on Platform are listed in Thai Baht (THB), and payments are processed securely through our third-party provider, Xendit. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the total amount (product price plus any shipping fees and taxes) to your selected payment method. We do not store your card details; Xendit handles all payment information securely. If your payment is declined, the order will not be completed.
Sellers are responsible for shipping the products you order. Shipping options and costs are displayed at checkout, along with an estimated delivery time. Sellers will endeavor to ship orders within the specified timeframe, but delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Currently, we ship only within Thailand. If we begin offering international shipping in the future, we will notify users and update these Terms accordingly.
If your order is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact the seller or our support team; we will help coordinate a solution such as a replacement or refund.
Users may post content on Platform, such as product reviews and comments. We welcome your feedback; however, when you post content, you must not:
Post content that is illegal, offensive, or that violates someone else’s rights (including intellectual property rights).
Post spam, advertisements, or content unrelated to the products and services on Platform.
We may remove any content that violates these rules or is otherwise inappropriate. By posting content, you grant us permission to display and use it on Platform. You retain ownership of your content, and it remains your responsibility. User posts reflect only the opinions of the users, not those of us and we are not responsible for them.
We provide Platform and our services on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind (except as required by law). We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Platform or from products purchased through it. This includes lost profits, lost data, or other indirect losses. Products on Platform are sold by independent sellers, and we are not responsible for their quality or safety. If we are found liable for any claim, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you (for example, via a notice on Platform or by email). By continuing to use Platform after such changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
