Roughly 940 coffee producers grow coffee and gather their cherries to be processed at the Buncho Station, located in Shantawene within the Sidama region of Ethiopia. Shantawene won 7th place in the 2020 COE competition and 8th place in 2021, which elevated Sidama coffee to the world stage.

These Ethiopian beans give a well-balanced and harmonious flavor with floral and fruity notes like peach, lemon, longan & mango. Giving a sweet aromatic with a wild honey flavor. A juicy mouthfeel and a lingering sweet aftertaste with a hint of dried flowers.
