Our roaster has selected two distinct single origins as November’s choice, each with a unique flavor profile and a beautifully pronounced florality in every cup. Each coffee comes in our new eco-friendly packaging — a more sustainable choice that’s recyclable as regular paper. Delicious coffee, now with a greener touch!

• x1 100 g Ethiopia, Worka Nenke, 74110, Washed

A single variety 74110 known for its delicate tea-like flavors. This lot is classic washed, bringing out expressive florals and a candy-like sweetness in the cup. It is produced by smallholder farmers cultivating coffee on small family plots in the Gedeb area of Yirgacheffe.

• x1 100 g Kenya, Gatomboya, SL28 SL34 Batian Ruiru11, Washed

The second year we’ve selected and roast this Washed Kenyan from Gatomboya Factory. This coffee gives us a very sweet and complex notes of rhubarb, redcurrant, and apple candy.
