Kurume เป็นสายพันธุ์ที่น่าสนใจแตกมาจาก Heirloom มีความซับซ้อนและโดดเด่นทั้งรสและกลิ่นครับ ถือว่าเป็นสายพันธุ์หายากและมี potential อยู่ในสนามแข่งขันได้เลยทีเดียว และความสูงในการปลูกถึง 2,200 masl เลยทีเดียวทำให้รสและกลิ่นยิ่งซับซ้อนขึ้น
ประกอบกับทำ process ทำให้กลิ่นและรสหนักแน่นขึ้นดึงความเป็น Rose aroma, peach, grapefruit ออกมา
