Platform means the online marketplace operated by Caffeine Co., Ltd. under the brand “caf’n co” at https://cafn.co.
Seller means any third-party merchant offering Products for sale via the Platform.
Product means any physical goods or services (e.g. subscriptions, classes) purchased through the Platform.
You or Buyer means the person who purchases a Product through the Platform.
This Returns and Refunds Policy applies to all Products purchased through the Platform. Individual Sellers may have their own, more generous policies; where applicable, Seller policies govern.
You must request a return or refund within 7 days of the delivery date (the “Return Period”).
Products must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with all tags and seals intact.
To initiate a return, contact Seller support via your order details page or email our Customer Support team at support@cafn.co within the Return Period.
If a Product arrives defective, damaged, or materially different from its description, you may request a replacement or full refund regardless of opening or use.
Provide photographic evidence of the defect or damage when you submit your request.
The following items may not be returned unless spoiled or damaged on arrival:
Perishable goods (e.g. freshly roasted coffee beans, ground coffee, tea leaves) once opened
Personalized or custom-made Products
Digital services after activation (e.g. online classes, subscriptions), except where unusable due to a material defect
If the return is due to Seller error (defective, damaged, or misdescribed item), the Seller bears return shipping costs.
For all other returns, you are responsible for return shipping, unless the Seller’s policy provides otherwise.
Once the returned Product is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
You will receive email confirmation when the refund is processed.
Refund amounts will exclude any original shipping fees, unless the return is for a defective, damaged, or misdescribed item.
Orders may be cancelled before the Seller ships the Product. Once shipped, you must follow the return procedure above.
Caffeine Co., Ltd. reserves the right to amend this Returns and Refunds Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform. Please review this Policy periodically.
